Campaigns

Million Cat Challenge

Thank you to the Million Cat Challenge and Maddie's Fund for allowing Project Hope Humane Society to participate in such an important cause. Project Hope has been selected "Capacity for Care" as initiative. With this initiate, we meet the needs of each cat admitted to our shelter whether feral, domesticated, stray, or owner surrender. We have committed to positively impact the lives of 123 cats in 2016. Visit https://millioncatchallenge.org/ to learn more about the Million Cat Challenge.

Ian Somerhalder Foundation and Gofundme.com

In May 2016, Project Hope received 6 heart worm positive dogs. The estimated treatment cost totaled $2,000. We were uncertain how to meet these expenses as we were already struggling financially, but the shelter was determined to raise the funds. We applied for and received the Ian Somerhalder Foundation Emergency Medical Grants for the amount of $500. We would like to thank the foundation for their support in our time of significant need. To learn more about the Ian Somerhalder Foundation visit www.isfoundation.com

In addition to the Ian Somerhalder Foundation Grant, Project Hope received $1,505 from gofundme.com, courtesy of our loyal supporters. We thank you all for your support!
